For inquires regarding a specific product, please e-mail us at info@helgasolrun.com. You can also reach us by phone by contacting a customer service representative at HELGA SoLRUN by calling 213-924-8323, or, Monday-Friday 11AM-7PM PST.



All orders placed Monday-Friday (excluding holidays) before 3PM PST will begin processing that day and ship with in 48 hours, pending item availability and credit card verification. Orders placed after 3PM PST will begin processing the next business day. Orders placed on Friday after 3PM PST will begin processing the following Monday. Transit times do not include Saturday, Sunday or holidays.



Once HELGA SoLRUN has delivered the merchandise to the carrier, you will assume the risk of loss and title for the merchandise. You are responsible for any additional taxes and duties. HELGA SoLRUN is not responsible for fees charged by customs. If you decide to refuse any shipments from HELGA SoLRUN, you are responsible for the original shipping charges to you, any duties, taxes and/or customs charges that are incurred on the package (on both the original and return shipments), and the cost of returning the package to HELGA SoLRUN. This amount will be subtracted from your merchandise refund.

Please note that all orders shipped through UPS are automatically set to "no signature required". All orders shipped through USPS that are eligible for free shipping include signature confirmation and insurance. All orders shipped through USPS that are eligible for $10 flat rate shipping do not include signature confirmation and insurance. If you would like to require a signature for your package, please e-mail us at info@helgasolrun.com when placing your order and we can make that adjustment for you.
